About Bill Craft

Bill proudly gives top management oversight to the Service Department in the areas of new account development, service agreements, operations and training. He leads the company’s marketing efforts including prospecting, sales and advertising. Bill loves technology and therefore eagerly directs all IT initiatives & mobile solutions of the company.

• Began fulltime with the company by pioneering Safety Programs in 1992
• Leads overall growth & profitability of the Service Department since 1994
• Lead major upgrades in the company’s IT infrastructure investment

Fun Facts

• Bill enjoys dating & traveling with his wife (Jen), movies & other special times with his daughter (Morgan), skiing & golfing with his boys (TJ & David).
• Bill & his wife are members and weekly attenders at Life Center Church in Harrisburg, PA.
• They are founders and leaders of the “Marriage Maintenance” ministry, offering certified pastoral guidance in the areas of premarital coaching & marriage enrichment.
